8 februarie: Ziua Internațională a Râsului și a Fericirii. Ce este terapia prin râs și la ce ajută?

Oricât de grea ar fi viaţa, psihologii ne recomandă să ne bucurăm de orice lucru bun din jur si să râdem de câte ori avem ocazia.

Ziua este despre încurajarea râsului, astfel încât efectele să poată fi simțite în toate domeniile vieții. Știința a dovedit că râsul poate fi de fapt un medicament. Cei care suferă de dureri sau suferă de boli cronice pot crește producția de endorfine. Când organismul eliberează endorfine, rezultatul este o creștere a dispoziției și o scădere a durerii.

Inițiativa de a sărbători o zi dedicată exclusiv râsului îi aparține indianului Madan Kataria, fondatorul mișcării ”Laughter Yoga” (Hasyayoga), adică terapia prin râs, el fiind și autorul cărții ”Laugh For No Reason” (2002) (Râzi fără motiv). Efectele acestei terapii sunt cât se poate de serioase și importante, conform www.laughteryoga.ro.

Primul club de terapie prin râs a fost înființat de Madan Kataria în anul 1995, într-un parc din Mumbai, numărând șase persoane. În prezent, sunt peste 6.000 de Cluburi de Râs în peste 100 de țări din lume.

1904: Începe războiul ruso-japonez, după ce marina japoneză lansează un atac surprinzator îndreptat împotriva Portului Arthur, China, distrugând și blocând flota rusă.

1916: Conform legendei, aflat la Zürich, în cafeneaua „Cabaret Voltaire”, scriitorul Tristan Tzara creează un nou curent de avangardă: Dadaismul.

1919: Primul zbor comercial aerian Paris – Londra.

1931: Se naste, James Dean, actor american de teatru și film.

1932: Se naste, Emanoil Petruț, actor român de teatru și film.

1941: Se naste, Nick Nolte, actor american.

1946: Este dată publicității o notă a guvernului român conținând observațiile acestuia la prevederile Tratatului de pace și se exprimă regretul că nu s-a recunoscut cobeligeranța României.
