Sunt o cauza de epuizare nu numai pentru minte, ci si pentru corpul fizic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tw-target-text\">Cum s\u0103 ne gestion\u0103m gandurile?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Dac\u0103 am nota toate g\u00e2ndurile care ne trec prin minte, am putea scrie o carte \u00een fiecare zi. Dar ar fi o carte  plin\u0103 de griji, de temeri, de regrete \u0219i de pl\u00e2ngeri despre noi \u00een\u0219ine \u0219i despre ceilal\u021bi, cu foarte pu\u021bine capitole pozitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Am auzit de multe ori c\u0103 starea noastr\u0103 interioar\u0103 este principalul factor care influen\u021beaz\u0103 de ce facem ceea ce facem, cum ne tr\u0103im via\u021ba \u0219i ceea ce realiz\u0103m. Gresit! Studiile arat\u0103 c\u0103 este un proces automat, dar poate fi oprit, sau cel pu\u021bin \u00eencetinit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Cum ne putem descurca cu fluxul incontrolabil de g\u00e2nduri?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Cum s\u0103 avem g\u00e2nduri pozitive f\u0103r\u0103 efort? Cum s\u0103 experiment\u0103m frumuse\u021bea momentului prezent, s\u0103 ne concentr\u0103m pe sarcina pe care o avem la \u00eendem\u00e2n\u0103, s\u0103 exploram creativitatea, s\u0103 sim\u021bim recuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103, s\u0103 promov\u0103m conexiuni reale, s\u0103 observ\u0103m lucrurile pe care le iubim?<br>Cum putem depasi tendin\u021bele min\u021bii de a se ag\u0103\u021ba de negativitate \u0219i de a preveni ca aceasta s\u0103 ne epuizeze energia fizic\u0103?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mintea este ca un fluture care zboar\u0103 de la o floare la alta, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 stea niciodat\u0103 pe loc.<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mindtime.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Fluture.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1325\" width=\"500\" height=\"666\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mindtime.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Fluture.jpg 500w, https:\/\/mindtime.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Fluture-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u00cen via\u021ba normal\u0103, de zi cu zi, s-ar putea s\u0103 nu fim \u00eentotdeauna con\u0219tien\u021bi de aceast\u0103 g\u00e2ndire nesf\u00e2r\u0219it\u0103. Majoritatea acestei g\u00e2ndiri este un proces automat, un obicei mental. Doar atunci c\u00e2nd trebuie s\u0103 te concentrezi asupra unui lucru anume, devii con\u0219tient de multele g\u00e2nduri care tot \u00ee\u021bi distrag aten\u021bia \u0219i \u00ee\u021bi atrag aten\u021bia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un studiu de la Institutul TLEX recomand\u0103 concentrarea asupra modului de a gestiona mintea \u0219i de a o sus\u021bine cu instrumente \u0219i tehnici de respira\u021bie prietenoase cu mintea de mare impact. S-ar putea s\u0103 fim \u00eentotdeauna con\u0219tienti de acest zgomot mental, deoarece a devenit un obicei profund \u00eenr\u0103d\u0103cinat \u0219i este considerat o parte natural\u0103 \u0219i inseparabil\u0103 a vie\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Acest zgomot mental este ca un zgomot de fond care nu \u00eenceteaz\u0103 niciodat\u0103, din momentul trezirii diminea\u021ba, p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een momentul adormirii noaptea. Acesta este zgomotul mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00e2ndurile negative pot fi stresante \u0219i epuizante dar exist\u0103 diferite tehnici de relaxare care se pot \u00eencerca pentru a gestiona aceste g\u00e2nduri \u0219i a se men\u021bine starea de bine mental\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Iat\u0103 c\u00e2teva dintre principalele tehnici de relaxare a g\u00e2ndurilor negative:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Identificarea \u0219i recunoa\u0219terea g\u00e2ndurile negative<\/strong>. Se recomanda o pauz\u0103 s\u0103 se \u00eencerce o observare asupra g\u00e2ndurilor care  tulbur\u0103 \u0219i cum afecteaz\u0103 acestea starea emo\u021bional\u0103. Aceasta con\u0219tientizare poate fi primul pas important \u00een relaxarea g\u00e2ndurilor negative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Practicarea medita\u021biei.<\/strong> Medita\u021bia este o tehnic\u0103 de relaxare care poate ajuta la eliberarea g\u00e2ndurilor negative. Se poate \u00eencerca medita\u021bia de con\u0219tientizare, medita\u021bia vizual\u0103 sau alte forme de medita\u021bie care  pot ajuta la relaxarea g\u00e2ndurilor \u0219i la concentrare pe prezent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Respira\u021bie profund\u0103<\/strong>. Respira\u021bia profund\u0103 poate fi o tehnic\u0103 eficient\u0103 de relaxare a g\u00e2ndurilor negative. Concentra\u021bia asupra respira\u021biei, inhalare profunda \u0219i expira\u021bie lent\u0103. Aceasta poate ajuta la reducerea tensiunii \u0219i anxiet\u0103\u021bii asociate cu g\u00e2ndurile negative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Redirec\u021bionarea g\u00e2ndurilor<\/strong>. O alt\u0103 tehnic\u0103 util\u0103 este redirec\u021bionarea g\u00e2ndurilor negative c\u0103tre g\u00e2nduri pozitive sau neutre. Concentrarea asupra unor activit\u0103\u021bi pl\u0103cute sau  amintirea unor experien\u021be pozitive din trecut pot fi utile. Aceasta tehnica poate ajuta la schimbarea perspectivei \u0219i s\u0103 reduca impactul g\u00e2ndurilor negative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Evaluarea g\u00e2ndurilor<\/strong>. Trebuie luat \u00een considerare c\u00e2t de realiste sunt g\u00e2ndurile negative \u0219i trebuie \u00eencercat s\u0103 se evalueze obiectiv.
